PhD students day > Abstract submission

In order to submit your abstract, please follow these steps:

Step 1.  Prepare your submission using the template.
  - Some instructions are given inside the template tex file.

  - We provide templates for LaTeX (tex), Word (docx) and Libreoffice (odt).

  - If you use another tool, please reproduce the template as faithfully as possible.

  - In the end, export your abstract to the PDF format. This is the only file that you will have to submit.

  - No more than two pages!

Step 2.  Log in using the black "Login" button on the right (just below the the nice picture of Le Croisic).
  - If you have a pre-existing account sciencesconf.org, you can use it.

  - If not, you have to create one.

Step 3.  Access the submission area.
  - After logging, a new section called "My Space" has appeared in the left (menu) panel.

  - Click on "My submissions" to access the submission area.

Step 4.  Submit your abstract
  - There are three tabs to fill: "meta-data", "author(s)", "file(s)".

  - In the third tab, ignore the message "The main file will be automatically converted to pdf",

and submit the PDF file only, not the source.

 Additional documentation is available
  at https://doc.sciencesconf.org/en/submit/.

Do not hesitate to tell us if any of this is not perfectly clear.

  That's all, folks!
