Registration fees
- All inclusive
- Students (including doctoral & post-doctoral students): 440€
- Academics (universities, schools, French EPSTs): 540€
- Others (industrial and other non-academic attendees): 640€
- Without accomodation: 290€
The four options include:
- conference registration
- lunch x3 (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
- Wednesday's dinner (Fabrice Gamboa's 60th birthday)
- coffee breaks
In addition, accomodation at "Le Domaine Port aux Rocs" is included in the first three options.
- single room for three nights (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday)
- breakfast x3 (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
- dinner x2 (Monday, Tuesday)
Registration procedure
First step: Pre-registration - Closed
- Go to the pre-registration page.
- To complete the pre-registration procedure, you need a CCSD account. If you don't already have one, you will have to create it (don't worry, this won't take long).
Second step: Payment (CB only) - Please do NOT pay on Weezevent if you have not pre-registered first
- Go to the payment page on Weezevent: https://my.weezevent.com/gdr-mascot-num-2023.
- Select a category, fill in the form and then proceed to the payment.
- After completion of this second, you will receive tow emails from Weezevent (registration confirmation + invoice).
Third step: Validation of your registration
- We will validate your registration on Sciencesconf as soon as we get confirmation of payment on Weezevent.
- You will then receive an email confirmation of your registration from Sciencesconf.
- This third step requires no action on your side, just patience.
- Be aware that this last step may take a few days.
